一次性使用自体血液回收器在非体外循环下心脏冠状动脉旁路移植手术中的应用与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨一次性使用自体血液回收器(XH-1000型)在非体外循环下心脏冠状动脉旁路移植手术中应用的实用性及安全性。方法对118例非体外循环下心脏冠状动脉旁路移植手术中应用一次性使用自体血液回收器(XH-1000型),操作过程中,注意无菌原则、观察回收血量。结果非体外循环下心脏冠状动脉旁路移植手术中应用一次性使用自体血液回收器(XH-1000型),手术中共回收血液71 160ml血液,平均每位患者成功回输578.5ml血液。结论非体外循环下心脏冠状动脉旁路移植手术中应用一次性使用自体血液回收器可有效防止术中血液资源浪费,杜绝患者因为输入异体血液而感染传染病,还可以有效减少患者的经济负担。Objective One-time use of autologous blood collector（XH-1000）in the heart coronary artery bypass graft surgery under extracorporeal circulation in the practicality and safety of application.MethodsTotally 118 cases of no heart coronary artery bypass graft surgery were performed under extracorporeal circulation by the application of one-time use of autologous blood collector（XH-1000 type）.During the process of operation,operator should pay attention to the aseptic principles,and observe the recovery of health.Results No extracorporeal circulation surgery collected recycling 71160 ml of blood by autologous blood collector（XH-1000 type）,on average,each patient success back to lose 578.5 ml of blood.Conclusions No heart coronary artery bypass graft surgery under extracorporeal circulation in the application of one-time use of autologous blood collector which can effectively prevent intraoperative blood resources waste,eliminate for input allogeneic blood infection in patients with infectious diseases,also can effectively reduce the economic burden of patients.
