肱骨干骨折合并桡神经损伤不同治疗方法的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨不同疗法治疗肱骨干骨折合并桡神经损伤的临床效果。方法选取2012-01—2014-01间收治的60例肱骨干骨折合并桡神经损伤患者,依据不同治疗方法分为2组。A组35例实施早期桡神经探查治疗,B组25例实施保守治疗。观察2组的治疗效果。结果 A组优良率为88.6%,B组优良率为80.0%。A组术后随访时间为(12.2±2.3)个月,骨折愈合时间为(4.1±0.3)个月。B组术后随访时间为(12.1±2.4)个月,骨折愈合时间为(4.0±0.2)个月。2组患者术后无1例发生延迟愈合或者骨不连。2组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对肱骨干骨折合并桡神经损伤患者给予早期桡神经探查或采取保守治疗均能够提高整体治疗效果,促进神经功能的恢复。Objective To investigate the different treatment of humeral fracture with radial nerve injury. Methods To select our hos- pital from January 2012 to January 2014 patients 60 cases humeral fractures combined radial nerve injury as the research object, according to the different treatment methods the divided into two groups A and B, A group of 35 cases of early detection of radial nerve treatment, B group of 25 cases of conservative treatment, observe the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups. Results group A was 88.6%, B group was 80.0%, group A compared with group B was no obvious difference（P 〉 0. 05 ）, statistically insignificant. Group A postoperative follow - up time was（ 12.2 ± 2.3 ） months. Fracture healing time was （ 4. 1 ± 0.3 ） months. Postoperative follow - up time of group B （ 12. 1 ± 2.4 ） months. Fracture healing time was （4. 0 ± 0. 2） months. Two groups of patients postoperative none case of delayed union or bone nonunion. Conclusion For humeral fracture merge with radial nerve injury take the conservative treatment is feasible and can improve the overall treat- menteffect, promote the recovery of neural function, is worth in the clinical application and promotion.
