摘 要:传统杨氏模量测量方法十分繁琐且精确度较低,利用激光光杠杆放大法可以有效解决这一问题。将激光笔作为光源,通过增加镜面与光屏间的距离,极大地提高了光杠杆的放大倍率,使原本弯曲法难以直接测量的铸铁微小位移扩大化,直观化。通过分析实验数据,测量精度较传统实验方法有显著提高,并解决了传统实验过程中用测微目镜读微小位移量时造成视力疲劳的缺陷。新型实验方法利用激光笔具有体积小、亮度高,方向性好的优点,将其与光杠杆放大法相结合,并应用到传统实验中,使形变直观,误差减小。The traditional method of measuring Young’s modulus is very complicated and the accuracy is low,so the use of laser light lever magnifying method can solve this problem effectively. The laser pen is used as the light source. Increasing the distance between the mirror and the light screen greatly improve the magnification optical lever. The small displacement of the original cast iron bending method is difficult to measure directly the enlargement,visualization. Through the analysis of the experimental data,the measurement accuracy compared with the traditional experimental method has significantly improved,and solves the problems of the traditional experimental process with a micrometer eyepiece read tiny displacement quantity. A new experimental method using laser pen has the advantages of small volume,high brightness,good direction,with the combination of optical lever amplification method,and applied to the traditional experiment,the deformation directly,reduce the error.
