摘　　要：乳化剂是ABS乳液聚合中最关键的助剂,在PB乳液聚合、附聚和接枝聚合工艺中乳化剂加入量的控制十分关键,会对乳液聚合过程中的反应控制稳定性、胶乳粒子尺寸、分子量、附聚率和析胶等工艺效果有直接的影响,造成ABS树脂产品性能的差异。Emulsifier is the key additive in ABS emulsification polymerization,the control of addition quantity of emulsifierin PB emulsion polymerization,agglomeration and graft polymerization process is critical,can have direct influence on theprocess results such as reaction control stability,latex particle size,molecular weight,agglomeration rate and clue analysis,and cause difference of ABS resin product properties.
