摘　　要：在石油化工设备向高温高压发展的趋势下,螺纹锁紧环高压换热器以其出色的经济性、合理的结构、较高的换热效率及热紧性能而得到广泛关注。文中阐述了螺纹锁紧环换热器的设计、制造和检验的工艺过程,保证设备的使用性能和工艺性能。Under the developing trend of petrochemical equipment to high temperature and high pressure,with its excellenteconomics,reasonable structure,high heat exchange efficiency and thermal fastening property,screw locking ring heatexchanger gained extensive attention. This paper expounded technological process for the design,manufacture andinspection of screw locking ring heat exchanger,so to ensure the usability and process performance of the equipment.
