摘  要:针对一级转子叶片模锻件的成形需求,合理设计了荒坯锻件。为加快研制进度,缩短生产周期并节约成本,提出了一种胎模锻成形方案。采用计算机模拟技术模拟锻造过程中金属流动规律,为生产操作提供有价值的参考。通过投产试验,确定了合理的下料规格尺寸和生产操作流程,同时对设计的胎模进行了优化改进。The barren billet forging has been designed reasonably to meet die-forging requirement of No.1 rotor blade. In order to speed up the development process, shorten the production cycle and save cost, a kind of fetal membranes forming scheme has been put forward. With the help of FEA technology, the flow law of the metal in the forging process has been found, which provides a useful reference for the production operation. Through the production test, the reasonable unloading size of billet and production operation process have been determined. The designed forming mold has been optimized and improved.
