摘  要:天然植物黄连既是著名的中草药,也是常用黄色植物染料。通过超声波对黄连植物染料进行萃取并对苎麻机织物进行染色,比较了超声波法与常规法萃取染液的萃取率、染色情况及织物色牢度,探讨两种方法染色中染料浓度、染色时间、温度及不同染色介质对麻织物k/s值的影响。结果表明,超声波法可提高黄连染料的萃取率,并赋予苎麻织物较好的上染效果,提高染色牢度。所得到的染色最佳工艺条件为染液浓度X1,染色温度为70℃,染色时间为40min。Natural plant berberine is a famous Chinese herbal medicine, which is also commonly used as the yellow vegetable dyes. By extracting berberine dye and dying ramie fabric through ultrasonic, comparing the extraction rate of berberine extract, dyeing conditions and color fastness through ultrasonic and common methods, we discussed these two dyeing methods'influence of dyeing time, dyeing temperature and different dyeing medium on ramie fabric' s k/s value. The results show that: it can improve the extraction rate of berberine dye, and get better dyeing effect. We got the best dyeing condition the dyeing medium is Xl,the temperature is 70%,the dyeing time is 40min.
