摘  要:采用水热法和浸渍法制备复合催化剂CuO/BiVO_4,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外—可见吸收光谱(UV—DRS)和荧光光谱(PL)分析表征其物理化学性质。研究复合催化剂在可见光(λ>420nm)下降解亚甲基蓝的催化活性,结果表明CuO掺入量为1.0wt%时,CuO/BiVO_4复合光催化剂有很好的光催化活性且降解率达到95.36%,并且复合光催化剂有很好的重复利用率。CuO/BiVO4 coupled semiconductor was prepared by hydrothermal method and impregnation method. The materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra techniques (UV--DRS) and fluorescence spectra (PL). The photocatalytic performance of CuO/BiVO4 was measured by the photo-degradation of Methylene Blue under visible-light irradiation (X〉420nm). It turned out that the optimized adding amount of CuO/BiVO4 composite photocatalyst is 1.0wt%, which has very good photocatalytic activity, the photodegradation rate is 95.36% in 40min. And the photocatalyst has good repetition and utilization.
