摘　　要：随着我国资本项目可兑换的不断推进,非银行金融机构外汇业务规模、需求日益增长,面对不同类型的非银行金融机构,外汇局应适时调整对其的管理方式、管理重点,并从有利于投融资便利化的角度考虑对其实施管理的制度设计,切实提高管理效率,服务涉外经济发展。Along with the continuous improvement of capital account convertibility, foreign exchange business scale and demand of non-banking financial institutions is growing. In the face of different types of non-banking financial institutions, the foreign exchange bureau should adjust its management mode and management focus timely, and consider the system design of its implementation management from the view of facilitating the investment and financing, and effectively improve the management efficiency, provide service for foreign economic development.
