珠海市老年人口养老意愿及影响因素分析

摘　　要：社会养老服务体系的建立依赖于老年人口的实际养老模式,而实际养老模式的选择又与老年人口的养老意愿有着密切的联系。本文以珠海市老年人口的实际调查数据为基础,利用珠海市老年人口调查数据对老年人口的养老意愿进行多分类Logistic回归分析,研究珠海市老年人口的养老意愿及其影响因素,以期反映珠海市老年人口的特点。研究结果显示,老年人口的年龄、居住地、对养老机构的了解程度和年收入对养老意愿有显著影响。在此基础上,对珠海市的养老社区和养老机构的建设提出对策建议。The establishment of the social endowment service system depends on the actual pension modeof elderly people,and the option of actual pension mode related with the desire of elderly. In this paper,wemake a Multinomial Logistic Regression Analysis on the desire of old-age based on the survey data of Zhu-hai elderly. The results of the study show that elderly age,place of residence,the understanding degree ofpension institutions and annual income has significant effect. Based on the conclusion,we put forward somecountermeasures and suggestions for the construction of Zhuhai retirement community and pension insti-tutions.
