摘  要:针对目前三片罐八宝粥生产线存在的原辅材料消耗大、设备自动化程度低、单位能耗大等问题,在现有生产线的基础上,以自动化升级和技术改造作为实施手段,通过对焊机、制盖、原料挑选、桂圆、莲子添加,及产品杀菌5个工序的技术改造,实现企业材料成本年下降104.19万元、人力成本年下降138万元、能源消耗年下降37.8万元,改造效果明显,一方面减少了企业资源的浪费,另一方面提高了企业在市场上的竞争力,对其他同类生产线有借鉴意义。The thesis points out that there are some problems about the production line for congee,such as the big consumption of raw and auxiliary materials,the low automation of equipment and the big consumption of energy. The technicians will improve the techniques of welding machine,making ends,selecting the raw material,the addition of longan and lotus seeds,and the product sterilization on the basis of the present production line. Therefore the enterprise cost will fall 1,041,900 yuan every year. The labor cost fall1,380,000 yuan every year. And the energy consumption will fall 378,000 yuan every year. The reform effect is obvious. On the one hand,it reduces the waste of enterprise resources,on the other hand,it improves the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. It is significant for other similar production lines to refer to.
