摘  要:为了全面考察电厂除盐水箱内壁防腐涂层溶出对除盐水水质的影响程度,试验分两个阶段设计了以总有机碳(TOC)为主要检测指标的涂层溶出特性试验方案,定量确定了聚脲弹性体作为常用防腐涂层在除盐水中TOC的溶出量及溶出速率,分析了对水箱水质的影响程度。结果表明:聚脲弹性体在初始溶出阶段的快速增长期(1~2周),TOC溶出量和溶出速率较大,难以保证水箱供水TOC控制指标;经过了这个时期,TOC溶出速率小于2.0μg/(cm^2·d),涂层阴、阳离子以及可溶性硅溶出很小,不影响水箱供水水质。In order to investigate comprehensively the influence of dissolved matter from corrosion resistant coating for demineralized water tank of power plant on water quality, the ex- periment carried out a design scheme containing two stages using the total organic carbon (TOC) as the main parameter, which confirmed quantitatively the amount and rate of dissolved TOC of polyurea, and analyzed its influence on water quality in tank. The test result showed that the amount and rate of dissolved TOC were relatively higher than the TOC control standard at the initial dissolution stage ( 1 - 2 weeks). After the stage, the rate of dissolved TOC was less than 2. 0 μg/( cm2· d), meanwhile, the amount of anion, cation and soluble sil- icon were low, which had no influence on the water quality in demineralized water tank.
