基于时间维度的历史街区更新策略研究——以武汉市青山区“红房子”改造为例

摘　　要：重点分析"时间"维度在历史街区三维空间演变过程中的重要性及其持续性影响,以武汉青山区"红房子"八、九街坊为研究对象,深入挖掘各重要时间点大事件对街区现状的直接冲击。在街区更新方面,对区内建筑提出定性和定量方法相结合的价值梯度评价方式,从时间故事场景和轴线序列的设计等方面提出基于时间维度的更新策略,对建国后工业住宅街区的保护与更新有一定参考价值。Fdcus on the analysis of ＂time＂ dimension＇s importance and the last effects on three dimensional space evolution process of the historical street, taking eight and nine neighborhood in ＂Red House＂ of Wuhan as the research object, digging into the directly impact by important time points on the current status of the district. In district renewal, making a gradient value evaluation way by the combination of qualitative and quantitative method for the buildings, giving the updating strategy based on time dimension from the design of time story scenes and axis of the sequence. We will give some reference value on the protection and renovation of the historical district constructed after the founding of the nation.
