摘　　要：该文通过对北京香山地区历史建筑的资料分析与现状调查,深入了解以慈幼院建筑为代表的北京香山地区近代建筑的历史背景、建筑类型、分布特征、使用及保护现状等情况。对其历史沿革进行梳理,阐述香山近代建筑作为特定历史时期的重要建筑类型,所具有的重要学术价值与保护意义。进而结合GIS地理信息分析,针对各类建筑的历史信息、风格特征、保护等级、环境条件等因素,提出以"点"成"线",延伸至"面"的香山近代建筑群保护规划构想与空间架构,为此项目的进一步保护修复与适应性利用提供重要基础。Through the investigation of the historical data analysis and the status quo of the Charity Kindergarten building of Fragrant Hills, we make a deep understanding of the construction of the distribution, shape, status quo and protection. And we sort out its history to reveal the important academic value and protect the significance of Charity Kindergarten of modern architecture as a historic district. Then we put forward the protection proposals with measures, the next step of the project to the protection and restoration and adaptive re-use and provide an impodant basis.
