汕头在21世纪海上丝绸之路建设中的SWOT分析

摘　　要：2015年"一带一路"国家战略全面铺开。作为改革开放窗口的汕头,如何在21世纪海上丝绸之路建设中发挥更好的作用,已经提上了议事日程。运用SWOT研究方法,依据经济学相关理论,分析研究汕头在21世纪海上丝绸之路建设中的竞争优势与劣势,从而探索汕头发展的战略与策略选择。其研究结论是:在21世纪海上丝绸之路建设中,汕头的竞争优势大于劣势,面对的机遇大于威胁,汕头具备建成21世纪海上丝绸之路重要门户的条件,汕头应该选择增长型经济发展战略,主动对接"一带一路"国家发展战略,将汕头建成智慧、开放、宜居的"华侨城"。2015 witnesses the full swing of the construction o'fthe Maritime Silk Road and Silk Road Economic Zone'as the national strategy. For Shantou, how to perform a better role in the construction of the 21th-century maritime Silk Road has been put on the schedule. Using the method of SWOT and the related theory of economics, this paper analyzes Shantou's competitive advantages and disadvantages in the 21th-century Maritime Silk Road construction, so as to explore the development strategy of Shantou. Its conclusion is: in the 21th-Century Maritime Silk Road construction,Shantou's competitive advantages outweigh the disadvantages, opportunities outweigh threats. Ready to function as a gateway of the 21th-century Maritime Silk Road, Shantou should choose the growth-oriented economic development, actively adapt to national development strategies, and transforms to a wise, open, and livabl'eoverseas Chinese town'.
