摘 要:通过对个人信用报告查询人进行问卷调查,分析社会公众对信用报告查询方式、查询需求、查询内容等方面的意见态度,建议如下:以社会公众的认可为契机,全面提升商业银行代理查询服务质量和效率;以完善网络查询系统为抓手,继续宣传推广个人信用报告互联网查询;以收入稳定的青年人群为重点,扩充征信行业的信息采集对象;以"征信知识进万家"为目标,持续开展征信宣传教育;以数据质量为基础,保持人民银行个人征信系统的公信力及影响力。A questionnaire survey was conducted for the inquirers of personal credit report, analyzing the social public opinion about the inquiry ways, the inquiry demand and the inquiry contents, etc. Suggestions are as follows: taking public recognition as an opportunity to enhance the quality and efficiency of commercial banks regarding inquiry agency services; improving online inquiry system as the starting point to promote Internet-based personal credit report inquiry; focusing on young people with stable income to replenish credit reporting information- collecting objects; aiming at "let knowledge of credit reporting known by thousands of households" to continuously carry out publicity and education of credit reporting; basing on the quality of data to maintain the public trust and influence force of the PBC personal credit information system.
