摘　　要：中国人民银行基层行对银行业金融机构的监管手段单一,对其日常动态的非现场评估管理难成为当下亟待解决的问题。从非现场监管实际现状出发,综合梳理分析当前征信业相关监管政策,借鉴国外经验,立足工作实践,设计非现场监管指标体系及相关配套制度具有重要意义。The means by which the grass-root branches of the PBC conduct supervision over the banking financial institutions is single,and the difficulty in the daily dynamic off-site assessment management of them has become a problem to be solved. Starting from the actual situation of off-site supervision,a comprehensive analysis is made on the current related regulatory policies for credit reference industry. Learning from foreign experiences and based on the practices,the paper designs an off-site supervision indicator system and some related supporting institutions.
