包容性监管理念下农村金融监管制度的构建

摘　　要：现有的金融监管制度安排使我国农村出现了严重的金融排斥现象,并制约了我国农村经济、金融的发展。因此,构建新型农村金融监管制度对于促进农村经济金融发展具有重要意义。在包容性金融监管理念下对我国农村金融监管制度进行重构,针对监管目标、监管原则、监管体制与监管模式提出政策建议。The present financial regulation system arrangement leads to serious financial exclusion in China＇s rural areas,and restricts our rural economic and financial development. It is of important significance for promoting the development of rural economy and finance to construct a new type of rural financial regulation system. China＇s rural financial regulation system under the concept of inclusive financial regulation is reconstructed,and policy proposals are given for the regulatory target,regulatory rules,regulatory regime and models.
