摘 要:由于锌电极在碱性电解液中易发生自腐蚀、生长枝晶和变形等现象,导致碱性锌镍电池充放电性能受到极大的损害。提出利用表面活性剂可以有效地解决这个问题,并设计合成了一种2-辛酮缩乙二胺席夫碱基双子表面活性剂,对其表面活性及对锌电极性能的影响进行了详细研究。当向涂膏式锌电极和6 mol/L KOH饱和氧化锌的碱性电解液中同时添加4%的2-辛酮缩乙二胺席夫碱基表面活性剂时,锌镍电池的性能得到极大改善。循环伏安曲线表明锌电极长枝晶和变形,充放电曲线表明电池放电电压为1.9-2.0 V。During the secondary alkaline zinc battery charging and discharging process, the problems of the zinc electrodes such as the deformation of electrode, zinc dendrite growth and corrosion are widespread, the battery capacity and battery recycle times are reduced, the application of secondary alkaline zinc battery in various fields is restricted. The use of surface active agent can effectively solve the problems in the paper. 2-Octanone condensation ethylenediamine schiff base gemini surfactant was designed and synthesized. Its surface activity and its effects on the performance of zinc electrode were investigated in detail. Zinc nickel battery performance was improved significantly when adding 4% Schiff base gemini surface active agent in pasted zinc electrode and in 6 mol/LKOH alkaline electrolyte which was saturated by zinc oxide. Cyclic voltammetry shows that 2-Octanone Schiff base gemini surfactants has good inhibition to pasted zinc electrode dendrite, deformation.Charge and discharge curve shows the battery discharge voltage is between 1.9 V to 2.0 V.
