我院护理人员癌痛认知状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查泸州医学院附属医院的护理人员对癌痛知识的认知现状,并提出有效的癌痛管理对策。方法采用自行设计的癌痛知识和态度调查问卷对附属医院257名护理人员进行调查,采用SPSS19.0软件包对数据进行统计描述和分析。结果癌痛相关知识平均得分为(12.04±3.757)分,最低4分,最高22分。同时,98.83%的受访者认为有必要开展癌痛相关知识培训。不同职称的护士对癌痛的认知差异有统计学意义(F=3.343,P<0.05),且高年资护士得分高于低年资护士。Pearson回归分析显示,年龄(r=0.204,P<0.05)和工作年限(r=0.158,P<0.05)与癌痛知识总分呈正相关。结论护理人员对癌痛知识的掌握较差,建议开展多种形式的癌痛知识培训,提高护理人员的认知水平,以便更好地为患者服务。Objective To investigate the cognition status of cancer pain in nurses from the Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College so as to provide effective measures for management of cancer pain. Methods A total of 257 nurses were surveyed with a self-developed questionnaire addressing knowledge of cancer pain and attitude.Data analysis and comparison were conducted by SPSSl9.0 software. Results In terms of knowledge on cancer pain,the average score was（12.04±3.757）, with a minimum score of 4 and maximum of 22. And 98.83% of nurses considered trainings of knowledge on cancer pain necessary. There was statistically significant difference of the cognition status among nurses with different professional title（F=3.343, P〈0.05）, and the experienced nurses scored better than the junior ones. Pearson regression analysis indicated that age（r=0.204, P〈0.05） and work experience（r=0.158, P〈0.05）were positively correlated to the total score. Conclusion For better service for patients, multiple trainings of cancer pain management for nurses were recommended.
