摘  要:以4年生马缨杜鹃Rhododendron delavayi为材料,采用4因素2水平正交试验设计,探讨不同抗热剂及其不同浓度处理对马缨杜鹃抗热性的影响。结果显示:在高温胁迫下(42℃)施用对氨基水杨酸(PAS)、海藻酸(AA)和氯化钙(Ca Cl2),对马缨杜鹃抗热性有显著的影响,22℃时以200mg/L PAS+400mg/L AA+800mg/L Ca Cl2组合处理对提高马缨杜鹃的抗热性效果最好,42℃时则以200mg/L PAS+200mg/L AA+1200mg/L Ca Cl2组合处理效果最佳。Four factors on two levels of orthogonal design experiments were conducted to study the effects of temperature and heat-resistant agent in improving the heat tolerance of four annual Rhododendron delavayi. The main results are as follows: Under the stress of high temperature(42℃), there were significant effects on R.delavayi. The seedlings with the treatments of PAS、AA and Ca Cl2,which played a role in maintaining the seedlings' normal physiological activities under the stress of high temperature. 22℃ : 200mg/L PAS+400mg/L AA+800mg/L Ca Cl2 is the best treatment to increase seedlings' heat tolerance. 42℃ : PAS(200mg/L)+AA(200mg/L)+Ca Cl2(1200mg/L) can increase plants' heat tolerance observably.
