摘 要:新一代半潜式钻井平台趋于采用节点少、无撑杆的简单结构外形。由于其在深海作业往往面临极其恶劣的海洋环境,因此平台结构的安全性显得尤为重要。ABS MODU规定要考虑半潜式平台在横撑结构失效后的剩余强度问题。文章基于有限元分析软件Abaqus,采用准静态法计算分析横撑失效后上部船体结构在横开、横关两种载荷模式下的极限承载能力;同时,基于"面积涂抹"技术对模型进行简化,而后计算简化模型的极限强度并对简化方法进行了讨论。研究成果可对新型半潜平台结构设计提供参考,也可为大型结构极限强度计算有限元简化计算提供借鉴。The new generation of semi-submersible drilling platforms is characterized of the simple structural configuration with fewer nodes and no strut. The security of the platform structure is essential due to the extremely harsh marine environment during the deep-sea operation. The residual strength problem of a semi-submersible platform after the failure of the transverse brace is required to be considered in the ABS MODU rule. This paper analyzes the ultimate strength of the upper hull structure after the failure of the transverse brace under the two loading conditions, transverse open and transverse close, by the quasi-static method based on the finite element analysis software Abaqus. The model is simplified based on the "area smearing" technology to calculate the ultimate strength for the further discussion of this simplified method. The research results can provide reference for the structural design of the new semi-submersible drilling platforms and the guidance for the calculation of the ultimate strength of the large structures by the simplified finite element method(FEM).
