摘　　要：免疫衰老是人类衰老进程中的一项重要生物学变化,主要特征是免疫功能下降导致的进行性免疫缺陷,对固有免疫和适应性免疫均有影响。其对人类固有免疫的影响机制尚不完全清晰。在衰老进程中,固有免疫细胞的功能、表面分子、细胞因子分泌及其信号传导等方面有改变。Immunosenescence is one of the most important biological changes occurring during human aging process. It affects both innate and adaptive immunity. The impact of aging on innate immunity is less well understood in humans. There are changes in the number,surface molecules,cytokines and signal transduction as well as the function of cells of the innate immune system during the ageing process.
