低空区域预告图制作规范及本地化研究

摘　　要：民航原有的低空区域预告图制作规范,更多适用于大中型飞机,对于机型小、天气条件要求高、飞行员入门条件低的通航飞行有些不适用。本文针对通航训练基地飞行学院的特点,就低空区域预告图的制作规范、流程、标准等进行了探讨,提出补充影响学院教学训练航空气象安全的重要天气;细化降雨强度的标准;细化低空风分层;实施可调低空区域预告图底图范围、天气区的标注方式及云的描述;规范低层区域预告图制作时次;规范低空区域预告图制作流程;统一低层预告图制作软件。The original low level prognostic chart production specifications apply more to large and medium-sized aircraft. But it is less applicable to general aviation flights of small-sized aircraft that requires better weather condition and relatively lower standards for pilot. Aiming at the characteristics of training base for general aviation flights and probing into the regulated type, process and standard of low level prognostic chart, this thesis sums up the crucial weather conditions that may influence the training safety; refines the standards of rainfall intensity; subdivides the low level wind stratification; implements the adjustable range of low level prognostic underlying graph and the labeling of synoptic region and clouds; regulates the time for lower-layer prognostic chart making; and standardizes the making process of low level prognostic chart and unifies the production software.
