摘　　要：中信所在多年科技期刊评价研究积累和实践工作经验基础上,研制出"中国科技期刊综合评价总分"指标评价方法。根据中国科技期刊综合评价指标体系,计算多项科学计量指标,采用层次分析法确定重要指标的权重,分学科计算每种期刊在其所在学科内的相对位置分数,加权汇总得出每个期刊的综合评价总分。该指标和方法经过多年的完善,根据各界反馈意见和科技期刊相关研究的进展不断调整优化,已经日臻成熟,广泛应用于各级各类科技期刊评价工作之中。Based on the accumulated experience in the evaluation of sci-tech journals in China, the evaluation method of the comprehensive evaluation of Chinese sci-tech periodicals is developed. According to the comprehensive evaluation index system of sci-tech journals in China,the weight of important index is calculated by using analytic hierarchy process. The relative positions of each journal in the discipline are calculated. With many years of improvement,the index and method of feedback from all walks of life and the progress of sci-tech journals are constantly adjusted and optimized.
