摘　　要：针对学术期刊同行评议中编辑与审稿人合作模式的认识误区,为了提升同行评议的成效,认为应树立合作价值观念、服务观念和双赢观念,并提出建立与审稿专家的可持续合作发展关系的合作共赢策略。Aiming at the misunderstanding about the cooperation between editors and reviewers in peer review of academic journals,and in order to improve the efficiency of peer review,the author proposes values, service and win-win concepts in cooperation between them,as well as the concrete methods in how to build the cooperative and win-win strategy for the sustainable development of the relationship between the reviewers and the editors.
