《新编水资源管理》教材编写思路与创新——基于高校转型与创新性应用型人才培养

摘　　要：全球性水资源短缺形势在不断蔓延,水污染日趋严重,水生态环境日益恶化,水资源有序开发与管理已成为亟待解决的问题.普通高等院校地理科学类专业以及水利院校相关专业开设的《水资源管理》课程,承担着水资源管理人才培养的教学任务.在阐述我国及全球水资源形势的基础上,分析了普通高等院校地理科类专业以及水利院校相关专业《水资源管理》课程教材特点与不足,提出了基于水资源胁迫形势及高校转型背景下编写《新编水资源管理》教材的必要性、可行性,以及教材编写的思路与目标,构建了全新的水资源管理知识体系,为创新性、应用型人才培养奠定基础.Because of the extending situation of global shortage of water resource,the increasingly serious water pollution and the deterioration of water eco-environment,it has been a burning problem to exploit and manage water resource orderly.The curriculum of Water Resource Management,which is offered by the professions of ordinary colleges such as Geographical Science,Natural Geography and Resources Environment and related professions of waterpower colleges,undertakes the teaching task to cultivate the talents of water resource management.Based on the situation of water resource at home and abroad,the advantages and disadvantages of the current textbook of Water Resource Management are analyzed.The necessity and feasibility as well as the thoughts and targets to compile the New Water Resource Management are put forward.The New Water Resource Management aims to establish the new knowledge system of water resource management and lay the foundation to cultivate the innovative applied talents.
