企校“六个一”合作模式培养太阳能行业应用型人才的研究与实践

摘　　要：在总结多年校企合作经验基础上,构建了企校"六个一"合作模式,即确立一个共同目标、形成一个利益共同体、搭建一个发展平台、健全一种合作机制、打造一个人才培养亮点、带动一个行业健康发展,为太阳能行业培养创新性应用型人才提供了参考.Based on the summary of many years of experience in university-enterprise cooperation,the＂Six＂cooperation mode was built,which was namely to establish a common goal,to form a community of interests,to build a development platform,to improve a cooperative mechanism,to establish a bright spot of talents cultivation and to promote a healthy development of the industry.The reference was provided for training innovative applied talents in the industry of solar energy.
