摘  要:作为一门应用性与综合性较强的学科,行政管理专业目前面临着人才培养模式与满足社会需求的困境。需要改变目前行政管理专业人才培养与实际脱节的尴尬局面,探索理论与实践相结合的人才培养理念,建立以社会需求为导向的实践教学体系。通过课程设置模块化、实践教学环节的系统性、课堂教学方法的多样化与灵活性、师资队伍建设的多渠道等途径的设计,全面提升学生的专业理论素养和综合实践能力,以适应人才市场和经济社会发展的需求。As an applied and highly comprehensive subject,the public administration is currently facing the predicament of the talent-cultivating mode and the social needs.It is necessary to solve the chasm that of the current public administration professional talent cultivating and the actual situation,explore the combination of theory and practice of talent training ideas,establish practical teaching system based on the guidance of social needs.Through a series of design,like the modularization of curriculums,systematic practice teaching,the diversity and flexibility of the classroom teaching methods,various channels to strengthen teaching staff,we can improve the students’ professional theoretical level and comprehensive practical abilities,finally meet the needs of the talent market and the economic and social development.
