摘　　要：本文结合南京长江第三大桥工程建设过程中的工程进度管理的实际,从工程进度的优化设计、全面计划、严控关键施工线路、资源配置、引进国外大型先进设备等几个方面简要介绍了南京长江三桥工程进度管理办法和取得的实践经验。Combined with the actual project schedule management of the Third Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge in process of engineering construction, this paper simply introduces the measures of the project schedule management and the practical experience of the Third Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge from the optimization design of engineering progress, comprehensive planning, strict controls of key construction line, resource allocation, introduction of the foreign large advanced equipment and other aspects.
