摘　　要：针对各类院校现有机械加工实训室工具箱存放工具凌乱、容易损伤和遗漏等问题,设计了一种智能工具箱,其关键技术在于设计分隔成若干个与工具形状和尺寸相同的工具位的工量具收纳盒,通过工具位的光电传感器和门锁的信息控制警示灯通断的控制装置,实现工具归位情况智能显示。In all kinds of existing mechanical processing practical training room in colleges, the store tools of the toolkit are messy,they are easy to be damaged and omitted. Aimed at the situation, this paper designs an intelligent tool box, the key technology is to design the storage box which is designed into several tool positions with the same shape and size of the tools, and realize intelligent display of tool place situation by the control device of the information warning lights of photoelectric sensor and door lock of the tool position.
