摘　　要：通过对南京三桥在特许经营模式下的建设过程和运营管理模式分析和探讨,通过具体做法和经营数据梳理本次经营模式下管理的成绩,反馈一些经验和看法。This paper is an analysis and discussion on the franchised construction process and operation model of the Third Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, in addition to the evaluation of the management performance based on the detailed practice and operating data.
