摘  要:目的研究PBL教学法对心内科医学生知识掌握能力的影响。方法选取2014年1月~2015年1月我院心内科实习医学生82例,其中观察组41例为我校首批采用PBL教学法教学的医学生,对照组41例采用传统教学模式教学。结果观察组医学生理论考核、操作考核以及病历书写考核成绩均高于对照组,P〈0.05。对照组、观察组医学生对教学满意度分别为85.37%、97.56%,观察组满意度较高,P〈0.05。结论心内科实习医学生采用PBL教学法教学明显增加医学生对心内科知识的掌握度,提高考核评分,使学生对教学方式更加满意。Objective To study the impact of PBL teaching in the medical students' knowledge mastery of cardiology. Methods 82 students that made the internship from January 2014 to January 2015 in our cardiology department were selected,these interns were divided into two groups,41 cases each group. The observation group adopted PBL teaching,the control group adopted the conventional teaching modes. Results The marks of theoretical examination,operation evaluation and medical record writing for observation group were significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05),the student's satisfaction rate of control group(85.37%) was lower than that of observation group(97.56%)(P〈0.05). Conclusion For the interns of cardiology department,PBL teaching can greatly improve the knowledge mastery,test marks and student's satisfaction.
