胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗糖尿病的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗糖尿病的护理效果方法选取我院2013年7月~2014年7月收治的110例糖尿病患者全部患者均采用胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗,通过双色球随机分组法分为观察组（n=55）及对照组（n=55）,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预,对两组患者临床治疗效果作比较和分析结果观察组治疗有效率94.55%,高于对照组85.45%;观察组患者FBG、2h-PG、Hb Alc均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论针对糖尿病患者,在胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗基础上实施综合护理干预,有利于改善临床症状,有效控制患者血糖,确保临床治疗效果,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the nursing effect of insulin combined with glimepiride in the treatment of diabetes. Methods 110 cases o diabetic patients were r our selected in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 and randomly divided into the observation group（55 cases） and control group（n = 55）.All patients were treated by insulin combined with glimepiride treatment,patients in the control group received routine nursing care,observation group implement comprehensive nursing intervention to compare and analysis clinical therapeutic effect of two groups o patients. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 94.55%which much higher than the control group（85.45%）,the FBG,2h-PG and Hb Alc in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with diabetes and insulin combined with glimepiride treatment on the basis of implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,it is conducive to the improvement of clinica symptoms,control blood glucose effectively,and to ensure the clinica therapeutic effect,improve the quality of patients life.
