宫外孕腹腔镜治疗的术前术后的护理观察

摘　　要：目的通过对50例经腹腔镜治疗宫外孕患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,讨论宫外孕腹腔镜治疗的术前术后护理要点。方法对我院自2014年9月~2015年9月所收治的120例经腹腔镜治疗宫外孕的患者的临床资料,护理方式,治疗效果等进行回顾性分析。总结经腹腔镜治疗宫外孕的术前、术后护理要点。结果 50例患者对治疗期间护理的满意度较高,患者的术后恢复情况较好,一般无严重的治疗并发症出现,住院治疗期较短。结论经腹腔镜治疗宫外孕可以取得较好的效果,术前及术后的有效护理可以降低治疗并发症的发生率,缩短治疗周期,提高患者的满意度,所以应在宫外孕腹腔镜治疗的术前和术后广泛应用综合护理措施。Objective Through 50 cases of laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,discuss the preoperative postoperative nursing key points of laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods In our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015,120 cases treated by laparoscopic treatment of the clinical data of patients with ectopic pregnancy,care,treatment effect and so on were retrospectively analyzed. Conclusion laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy,thousands of postoperative nursing points. Results 50 cases of nursing during the treatment satisfaction is higher,better postoperative recovery of patients,the general treatment without serious complications,shorter hospitalization period. Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy can obtain good effect,the effective preoperative and postoperative nursing can reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the treatment cycle,improve patient＇s satisfaction,so should be ectopic pregnancy in laparoscopic treatment of preoperative and postoperative comprehensive nursing measures are widely used.
