摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务模式在神经内科病房的应用效果。方法选取我院300例神经内科住院治疗患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者均为150例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予优质护理。比较两组患者的护理满意度和基础护理质量合格率。结果观察组患者的护理满意度和基础护理合格率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务模式能够提高患者的护理满意度,提高基础护理合格率。Objective To explore the effect on high quality nursing service mode in neural medical ward. Methods 300 neurology hospital patients of nanyang central hospital were randomly divided into observation group（n=150） and control group（n=150）,patients in control group were given routine nursing,patients in observation group were given high quality nursing,the nursing service satisfaction and the qualification rate of basicnursing were compared. Results The nursing service satisfaction and the qualification rate of basic nursing in observation group were higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing service mode can improve the nursing service satisfaction and the qualification rate of basic nursing.
