优质护理在眼科护理中应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在眼科护理中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月~2014年12月于我院眼科进行治疗的患者128例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各64例,对照组行常规护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上行优质护理干预。观察并比较两组治疗效果及患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组总有效率为87.5%,患者的满意度为95.31%均高于对照组76.56%、89.06%,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理可提高眼科患者的临床治疗效果,增强患者的满意度。Objective To investigate the value of high Quality Nursing in Ophthalmologic Perioperative Nursing. Methods 128 cases with eye disease in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were divided into control group and experimental group randomly,the control group was given conventional care,the observation group on the basis of preventive intervention measures by observing high quality nursing methods.The therapeutic effect and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 87.5% for observation group while it was 76.56% for control group. The satisfaction was 95.31% for observation group while it was 89.06% for control group,which shows great distinction with statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing in Ophthalmologic Perioperative Nursing can improve the clinical effective rate and satisfaction.
