石灰石-湿法烟气脱硫石膏脱水困难因素分析及解决办法

摘　　要：针对火电厂湿法脱硫系统，结合实例，对可能造成石膏脱水困难的常见因素进行了分析。结果表明，石膏脱水系统运行情况的优劣直接影响石膏脱水效果，且原烟气SO2浓度和飞灰含量，脱硫系统反应冬件，吸收塔系统运行状况，废水处理系统设备的运行状况，石灰石浆液品质等均影响石膏脱水效果。Wet flue gas desulfurization system for thermal power plants, with examples, may cause the gypsum dewatering analysis of common factors were ditiicult.Results showed that gypsum dewatering system will directly affect the gypsum dewatering and original content in fly ash and flue gas SO2 concentrations, desulfurization reaction conditions, the absorber system health, wastewater treatment systems and equipment operating conditions, quality of limestone slurry effect of gypsum dewatering effect.
