摘　　要：近年来，随着医学治疗手段的不断丰富，急性事件存活率显著上升，随之带来的康复问题日益受到人们的关注，心脏康复是使患者改善生活质量，回归正常社会生活的重要方法。检索近5年心脏康复对改善心血管疾病预后的临床研究文挑对心脏康复治疗方法进行系统地研究与总结，从而明确心脏康复治疗的疗效及应用地位，并进一步在临床中深入研究，指导临床应用，特别是将慢性心力衰竭，急性冠脉综合征与急诊PCI术后和稳定型冠状动脉疾病预后方面的显著疗效运用到实际临床当中，以加速康复进展减少患者心理及经济负担。In recent years, with the enrichment of medical treatment, and considerably increase the survival rate of acute events, then recovery problem is becoming more and more attention, cardiac rehabilitation is to enable patients to improve the quality of life, return to a normal social life of important method, retrieve the literature about the effect of cardiac rehabilitation on ameliorate cardiovascular disease prognosis, to acquire the research and summary of cardiac rehabilitation therapy, thereby determine the effectiveness and applied influence of cardiac rehabilitation therapy, to make further research in clinic,and guide the clinical application of, especially the chronic heart failure, ACS and emergency PCt postoperative, and stable coronary artery disease prognosis of significant curative effect applied to actual clinical, to speed up the rehabilitation progress, reduce the patient＇s psychological and economic burden.
