摘 要:目的探讨薄型子宫内膜患者在冻融胚胎移植(FET)周期中宫腔灌注粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)治疗后子宫内膜厚度(EMT)、形态的变化。方法拟行FET的薄型子宫内膜患者30例,于再次准备内膜时宫腔灌注G-CSF,检测灌注周期第13天、第16天、第19天(D13、D16、D19)EMT及子宫内膜形态,并与灌药前一周期相应时间比较。结果灌药周期D13、D16的EMT稍大于灌药前一周期D13、D16,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);灌药周期D19的EMT明显大于灌药前一周期D19(P<0.05);灌药周期中,D19的EMT明显大于D13(P<0.05),D16的EMT与D13、D19比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);灌药周期中D13、D16及D19间的子宫内膜形态比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论薄型子宫内膜患者在行FET人工周期准备内膜时予宫腔灌注G-CSF,可以改善EMT,但对子宫内膜形态无明显改善。Objective To explore the variations of endometrial thickness(EMT) and morphology after intrauterine perfusion with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(GC-SF) in patients with thin endometrium during the frozen embryo transfer (FET)cycle.Methods Thirty patients with thin endometrium who planed to receive FET were enrolled .The patients were treated with intrauterine perfusion with G-CSFduring endometrial preparation.The EMT and endometrial morphology were detected on the 13th(D13),16th(D16) and 19 th(D19) day of the perfusion cycle,and were compared with those at the corresponding time points of the last cycle.Results EMT on the D13 and D16 of the perfusion cycle was a little thicker than that of the last cycle,but there was no significant difference(P〉0.05).And EMT on the D19 of the perfusion cycle was significantly thicker than that of the last cycle(P〈0.05).During the perfusion cycle,EMT on the D19 was significantly thicker than that on the D13,but EMT on the D16 showed no significant difference compared to that on the D13 or D19(P〉0.0)5. During the perfusion cycle, there was no significant difference in the endometrial morphology among D 13, D16 and D19 ( P 〉0.05 ) . Conclusion For patients with thin endometrium undergoing endometrial preparation during FET cycle ,intrauterine perfusion with GC-SF can improve the EMT,but has no significant effect on the improvement of endometrial morphology .
