健康商数评估在疗养员健康保健中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨健康商数评估在疗养员保健中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2014-10—2015-04在济南军区青岛第一疗养院疗养的160名疗养员为研究对象,按入院编号的奇偶数将其分为观察组和对照组。观察组在入院后进行健康商数评估,并按照得分情况的不同,进行相应的疗养干预。对照组不进行健康商数评估,实施传统疗养模式。疗养疗程为2周,比较两组疗养员健康理念的提升情况和疗养满意程度。结果对比观察组疗养前5.90±1.34和疗养后6.58±1.42两次健康商数评估结果,发现经过2周针对性的疗养,疗养员的健康商数水平有了显著的提高(P<0.05)。同时,观察组疗养员满意程度(92.18±3.13)分高于对照组(85.77±4.26)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对疗养员实施健康商数评估,并有针对性地进行相应的疗养干预,有利于提高疗养员的健康保健意识,同时可以有效提高疗养员的满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of health quotient evaluation in health care of convales- cents. Methods Convenience sampling method was adopted to select 160 convalescents in Qingdao No. 1 Sanatorium of Jinan Military Region from October 2014 to April 2015 as the research objects.According to the even or odd admis- sion number, the convalescents were divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was giv- en health quotient evaluation after admission, and corresponding intervention nursing was given according to the differ- ent health quotient scores.The control group didn＇t have the health quotient evaluation ,were given traditional nursing mode.After 2 weeks of treatment course, the promotion of health concept and nursing satisfaction in the two groups was compared.Results The health quotient evaluation result of the observation group before convalescence was （5.90 ± 1.34）and it became（6.58 ± 1.42）after intervention nursing, which showed the health quotient level of the con- valescents significantly improved after two weeks of targeted convalescence （P〈 0.05）.At the same time, the degree of satisfaction in the observation group was（92.18 _± 3.13）, which was higher than（85.77 _± 4.26）of the control group, and the differences were of statistical significance（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Conducting health quotient evaluation and corre- sponding intervention nursing according to the different scores can help improve health care awareness of convales- cents, and improve effectively the satisfaction degree of convalescents.
