摘 要:[目的]研究了不同类型不同浓度酸碱预处理对杂交狼尾草还原糖和挥发性脂肪酸的影响。[方法]采用固态化学预处理方法。[结果]6%乙酸预处理后还原糖含量可达13.86%,然而乙酸预处理后的挥发性脂肪酸含量比其他酸要低。尿素预处理后还原糖得率在4%和8%浓度最多,为20.02%。4%尿素预处理后挥发性脂肪酸含量最多,达21.59%。[结论]酸碱预处理后杂交狼尾草的还原糖含量和挥发性脂肪酸含量要比预处理前显著增加。[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different treatments including acid and alkali on reducing sugar content and volatile fatty acids in hybrid Pennisetum. [Method] Solid-state chemical pretreatment method was adopted. [Result] When the concentration of acetic acid was 2%,the content of reducing sugar was 13. 86%,which was the highest in the four pretreatments. However,the content of volatile fatty acids didn't increase. The content of reducing sugar was 20. 02% after urea pretreatment with concentrations of 4% and 8%.Moreover,the content of volatile fatty acids was 21. 59% after urea pretreatment with concentrations of 4%,which was the best in the four pretreatments. [Conclusion] The contents of reducing sugar and volatile fatty acid increased significantly after pretreatment.
