摘  要:[目的]分析榄核河沉积物重金属元素化学形态分布特征并进行生物毒性评价。[方法]对榄核河沉积物中4种典型重金属(Cu、Zn、Pb和Cr)的化学形态进行了分析,并以沉积物质量基准法(SOGs)进行了生物毒性评价。[结果]榄核河沉积物中4种重金属元素的含量均较高,各金属主要以铁锰氧化态、有机态和残渣态等形式存在;SQGs法评价显示,沉积物4种重金属元素的浓度均超过ERM水平,可能会对水生生态系统产生毒害作用,应加强防控。[结论]该研究可以为污染河涌沉积物的治理及无害化、资源化应用提供借鉴、参考。[Objective]Chemical speciation distribution and biotoxicity evaluation of heavy metals in sediments of Lanhe River were studied.[Method]The chemical speciation distribution of heavy metals in river sediment of Lanhe River was researched,and the biotoxicity evaluation of heavy metals was also analyzed by using SQGs as a benchmark. [Result]The results indicated that the sediments contained high concentrations of heavy metals. Four kinds of heavy metals were mainly distributed in Fe-Mn oxides bound fraction,organic bound fraction and residual fraction. According to SQGs( Sediment Quality Guidelines),Lanhe River sediments were severely contaminated by Cu,Zn,Pb and Cr,since their concentrations were much higher than ERM( Effects Range Median) values,which may result in toxic effect on aquatic ecosystem. So the measures of prevention and control in heavy metals pollution should be strengthened. [ Conclusion] The study provides reference for the management of river flood sediment,harmless and resource application.
