摘 要:以转优质基因棉花为研究对象,以受体中24及当地常规棉赣47系为对照,采用大田调查及室内考种等常规方法,研究所转的优质基因对棉花产量及纤维品质等因素的影响。结果表明:优质基因的转入有利于提高棉花的成铃数,且能极显著提高单铃重、衣分等重要产量因素,从而提高棉花产量;同时,对皮棉纤维的上半部平均长度及马克隆值有较好的改良作用,有利于改善皮棉的纤维品质。从产量、纤维品质方面考虑,认为优质基因棉适于在江西省推广种植。With transferred cotton as study object,Zhong24 as receptors control,Gan47 xi as regular control,the effects of high-quality genes transferred cotton yield and fiber quality were studied by field and indoor investigation. The results showed that: the high-quality genes which were transferred to cotton could increase cotton bolls,improved the boll weight,lint and other important production factors significantly,increased the cotton production by above factors. Meanwhile,the high-quality genes had positive effects to lint fiber the upper half mean length and micronaire,improved the fiber quality of lint. Considering yield and fiber quality,high-quality genes transferred cotton were generalized and planted properly in local fields.
