摘  要:[目的]研究耕水机在日本囊对虾养殖中的应用效果,为耕水机的推广与应用提供科学依据。[方法]以日本囊对虾为养殖对象,分析使用耕水机与单纯使用增氧机的日本囊对虾养殖池塘中水体理化因子、浮游生物多样性、池塘有机物积累层厚度及养殖效果等差异,探讨耕水机在日本囊对虾养殖中的应用效果。[结果]使用耕水机后日本囊对虾养殖水质明显改善,无机磷和氨氮的最高含量较对照塘分别减少217%和244%。整个养殖周期中水体中的浮游植物种类和数量较为稳定。池底有机物积累层厚度减少4.6 cm。[结论]使用耕水机在日本囊对虾养殖中可以起到良好的效果。[Objective] The research aimed to study the application effects of biofan in the culture of Marsupenaeus japonicus and provide scientific reference for the popularization and application of biofan. [Method]Taking M. japonicus as the culture object,the differences of physical and chemical factors of water body,plankton diversity,the thickness of organism accumulation layer of pond,culture effect and other indices in the culture pond of M. japonicus using biofan and using only aerator were analyzed. The application effects of biofan in the culture of M.japonicus were discussed. [Result]The water quality in the culture of M. japonicus was obviously improved after using biofan,and the highest content of inorganic phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen decreased by 217% and 244% respectively than contrast ponds. The species and quantity of plankton were stable during the process of aquaclture. The thickness of organism accumulation layer in the bottom of pond reduced 4. 6cm. [Conclusion] Using biofans can have a good effect in the aquaclture of M. japonicus.
