摘  要:[目的]为了研究磷营养对烤烟烟叶发育过程中生理指标及烤后化学成分的影响。[方法]通过叶面喷施不同浓度的磷营养。[结果]在旺长期,处理T3和处理T4可以有效地提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)和转化酶(INV)活性,有助于丙二醛(MDA)含量的积累,有利于优质烟叶的产生,对烟叶品质的提高有着良好的效应;在成熟期,处理T3有助于减缓SOD活性的降低,处理T3和处理T4能明显降低PAL活性,处理T1和处理T2有助于减缓INV活性的降低;烤后烟叶总糖、还原糖含量偏高,钾、氯含量在适宜范围内。[结论]不同处理相比,以处理T3(1%)和处理T4(1.25%)效果较好。[Objective]The influence of foliage spraying phosphorus on physiological indexes in the process of growth and chemical composition in the after curing tobacco leaf were studied. [Method] Different concentration of phosphorus nutrition was foliar sprayed. [Result] During the vigorous period,treatment 3 and 4 could effectively improve the activity of SOD,PAL,POD and INV,and helped the accumulation of MDA content,which was conducive to the production of high quality tobacco leaves. In the mature period,treatment 3 helped to reduce SOD activity,treatment 3 and 4 could obviously reduce PAL activity,and treatment 1 and 2 helped to reduce INV activity. In the after curing tobacco leaves,total sugar and reducing sugar content were high,and potassium and chlorine content were in the appropriate range. [Conclusion]Compared to different treatments,treatment 3( 1%) and treatment 4( 1. 25%) were better.
