摘　　要：本文以福建农林大学分校区——南平校区为例,研究当前高校分校区中新生教育管理工作所存在的问题,并基于此提出重视校园文化建设、构建多元化交流体系、加强人文关怀及辅导员队伍建设等新思路与对策。In this paper,the author takes a case study of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University campus,Nanping campus.It is a case study of the existing problems in the new education management in colleges and universities,strengthening the new ideas and countermeasures for the construction of the humanistic care and counselors.
