摘　　要：在原有厂房内新增两台FA601A转杯纺纱机生产流程设计时,开发并应用了一种梳棉机新型内吸尘装置,可避免地下开挖工程,减少土建工程量,避免产生建筑垃圾,缩短施工周期,对绿色环保、可持续生产具有积极作用,以供纺纱企业的同行参考。A new type of suction device inside carding machine was applied to the practice of rotor spinning when two FA601 Arotor spinners were added to the previous production process.The device was helpful to avoiding underground digging projects so as to get,land construction reduction,construction waste reduction and construction period shortening.The device was beneficial to clean and sustainable production.The practice was introduced for the reference of enterprises.
