一株松鼠猴假结核耶尔森菌的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：2014年12月22日,扬州动物园内的1只松鼠猴突然发生死亡。解剖该松鼠猴可见其肺脏、肾脏、脾脏及肠道上呈现白色圆形、干酪样、大小不等的坏死病灶。无菌采集肝脏和脾脏后,在麦康凯琼脂板、血清琼脂板和鲜血琼脂板上进行细菌的分离鉴定。纯培养后,鲜血琼脂板上可见干燥的灰黄色的菌落。经生化试验和16S rDNA试验鉴定为假结核耶尔森菌:致病性试验的结果也表明该菌为该松鼠猴的致病菌。药敏试验结果表明该菌对羧苄青霉素和头孢噻肟比较敏感。On December 22.2014,a squirrel monkey died suddenly in Yangzhou Zoo.White,rounded,and encased necrosis points of various sizes were found in lung,kidney,spleen and intestinal tract.The tissues collected antiseptically from the liver and the spleen were inoculated in MacConkey agar plate,serum agar plate and sheep blood agar plate.There were grey-yellow and dry colonies in the sheep blood agar plate through the pure culture.The strain was identified as Yersinia pseudotuberculosis by biochemical test and 16 S rDNA test,along with the pathogenicity test.The result of the drug sensitivity tests showed that the isolation was sensitive to Carbenicillin and Cefotaxime.
