科技期刊论文引用标准标注和著录存在的问题及解决对策

摘　　要：科技期刊论文中引用的国家或行业标准属于文后参考文献著录的一个重要组成部分,而标准在文中没有标注、文后没有著录的现象比较普遍,应引起期刊编辑的重视。通过分析7种科技期刊纸质版文中引用标准标注和著录数量、标准在文中书写格式、标准文后著录格式,对标准在文中书写形式和文后著录格式存在的问题进行了探讨,并从作者和编辑两方面分析了产生问题的原因和应对措施。Quoted national or industrial standards in science and technology journal articles constitute an important part of reference description,while it is a common phenomenon that the standards have no marks or descriptions in the articles.In this paper,through the analysis of 7 kinds of print sci-tech journals on numbers of reference standard labeling and description,writing and description format of standard,studied problems existing in writings and description formats of standards.From the aspects of both authors and editors,causes of these problems were analyzed and countermeasures were proposed.
